Instructions
- Apply the Pro Tip Brow Liner to clean, dry and oil-free skin. Make sure there is no cream, oil, makeup or powder residue on the skin that could clog the tip of the liner.
- Ideally, apply the liner to your eyebrows before you apply your foundation.
