How can I pay with a discount code?
When you go to your shopping cart, you will see an input field with 'Discount code' to the left below your products. There you can enter your discount code and click on 'Enter'. From that moment on, your discount is immediately calculated and you can continue ordering. Note: you can only use 1 discount code at a time.
How can I pay at Haarshop.com?
We want you to store safely and have fun. That is why we only use payment systems that are the most reliable. Below you will find all possible payment methods, so you can choose the payment method that suits you best.

How come my discount code is not working?
This can have one of the following causes:
- The code was entered incorrectly.
- The code has expired.
- Some discount codes require a minimum order value. Perhaps your current order value is too low, so the code is not activated.
How long is my discount code valid?
The validity of your code can be found in the message you received at the same time as the discount code. If you can't find it anymore, feel free to contact our customer service.
For discount codes that you received with your birthday, the following applies in any case: they can be used once and are valid indefinitely.
