  • Will I get my shipping costs refunded if I return a product?

    If you return all the products in your order, you will also be refunded the outbound shipping costs you paid. However, the cost of returning the products is at your own expense. If it concerns a warranty or a defective product please see below.

  • How do I return a product?

    When you want to return a product, we want to ask you to print the return form of Haarshop and add it to the return shipment in a shipping box. That way we know that the return is yours and we can process the return as soon as possible. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to let us know that you are cancelling your purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

    Did you receive a free product with your product(s) to be returned? Then don't forget to include it with the return shipment. If you have purchased a special offer set, only the entire set can be returned if you wish to receive a refund. Single products from an offer set will not be accepted as returns.

    To ensure that your package arrives without damage, we ask you to pack the products well and then send them with the appropriate documents to:

    Haarshop.nl cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at Haarshop.nl. So consider whether you want to send your shipment registered and insured.

    We also recommend keeping the proof of delivery with the track & trace of the carrier, so we can always find out where your package is.

    Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Have you still not heard from us after 5 business days?

  • I received a broken or defective product. What now?

    In this case we would like to ask you to contact our Customer Service. They will give you a return number so you can return the broken or defective product free of charge. Please write your complaint on the packing slip provided and return it together with the defective product. We will then inspect it.

    As soon as we ship a replacement product, you will receive a shipping confirmation. From then on you should receive the new product within the standard delivery time (see table below). The delivery time starts when you receive a shipping email from us.
