Guarantee

  • Do I have warranty on my purchased products at Haarshop.com?

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not negate the legal warranty.

Warranty on your purchased item varies. When you want to claim your warranty, it is important that you check the warranty period from the date on your invoice and / or proof of purchase. At Haarshop.com there are 2 main product groups:

Consumables, such as for example grooming and styling products and coloring books.

Tools, such as clippers, scissors, straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers, split-ender, and so on.

Consumables and coloring books have no manufacturer's warranty beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal. On tools you have no warranty on wearing parts. For example: cutting blades or the usual wear and tear of scissors.

How do I claim my product's warranty?

If you have a warranty, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with a return number or return label so you don't have to pay shipping costs. They will also go over the complaint or defect with you so you know exactly what to send.

    You will need the following:

    - The return form including the description of the defect
    - The defective article
    - The invoice and/or packing slip

If your current address and/or details differ from the details on your receipt, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible.

Once we receive your product, we will send it to the manufacturer/supplier to have the defect or complaint checked and repaired when possible.

When your purchase is replaced with a new one, the warranty period remains from the time of purchase. You will not receive a new warranty.

  • How long will it take to repair my product?

Repair varies in most cases, but generally takes no longer than 4 weeks. During vacation periods, such as Christmas, this may be unexpectedly extended.

  • What is my product's warranty certificate?

The proof of warranty is the receipt or invoice of your order. So make sure you keep it at least during the warranty period.
