• How do I return a product?

  We want to ask you to fill in our Return form. 

  That way we can process your return quickly. Please include the return form with the product and a copy of your proof of purchase in a shipping box. If you have thrown away the box in which the product was delivered and the accompanying protective material, you will need to find a replacement box and protective material yourself. Send the box with the return form, the copy of the proof of purchase and the product, well packed, to:

  Haarshop.nl cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at Haarshop.nl. So consider whether you want to send your shipment registered and insured.

  Returns will be processed by us within 3-5 business days.

• What is the difference between your products and those from drugstores?

  The difference is that our products are designed specifically for professionals. This means, for example, that our products are manufactured with special concentrations, formulas and ingredients. These are all products that deliver only the best results.
