- Cleanse your skin and then apply the toner.
- Turn the top half of the pump counterclockwise to release until it clicks into place.
- Soak a cotton pad with 3-4 pumps of toner.
- Wipe the cotton pad over your complexion, avoiding the eye area.
- Turn the pump clockwise until it clicks.
