Directions for use:
- Preparation: remove any remaining makeup from lashes and allow to dry completely.
- Step 1: Apply volumizing primer to clean lashes, starting at the base of the lash, working upward and outward.
- Step 2: Use volumizing mascara with the same application technique.
- Step 3: apply multiple coats to create more length and volume.
